Dr. Nallareddy founded SynInnova in 2008 to fulfill his passion, capabilities and desire to assist pharmaceutical and biotechnology companies accelerate drug discovery research. He thoroughly enjoys the challenges associated with establishing and growing SynInnova's reputation in the pharmaceutical and biotechnology sectors. Dr. Nallareddy has instilled the core values of quality, reliability, integrity and friendship in SynInnova, its culture and its business dealings.
Prior to establishing SynInnova, Dr. Nallareddy was a senior scientist and team leader in two large CRO's. He assumed multiple roles during large collaborations with leading pharmaceutical and biotechnology companies like Pfizer, Merck, Gilead Sciences and Anacor. Prior to joining industry, he worked as an NSERC-NRC visiting fellow for two years with Dr. Prabhat Arya's group in the Chemical Biology program at the Steacie Institute of Molecular Sciences in Ottawa, Canada. While at the National Research Council of Canada, he investigated diversity-oriented asymmetric synthesis of natural product inspired benzofuran-based architectures. After completing his graduate studies, he initially worked for two years with Late Professor. A. Srikrishna's group, Indian Institute of Science, Bangalore, India, on the total synthesis of natural products and synthetic methodologies. He received his Ph.D. in Organic Chemistry from Sri Venkateswara University under the supervision of Professor. D. Bhaskar Reddy, India. His research accomplishments are published in many international peer-reviewed journals.
