Applications : This is a deuterium labelled version an impurity of Sunitinib (Sunitinib N,N-dimethyl-d6 impurity), which is a potent inhibitor of multiple tyrosine kinase receptors and exhibits potent antiangiogenic and antitumor activity. It is used for the treatment of Imatinib-resistant gastrointestinal stromal tumors and renal cell cancer.
