Applications : Deuterium labelled analogue of Sunitinib, a multi-kinase inhibitor targeting several receptor tyrosine kinases and it is used to treat the advanced renal cell carcinoma (adRCC) and gastrointestinal stromal tumours (GIST), in patients who are resistant or intolerant to the treatment with Imatinib.
