Applications : Guaifenesin-d3 is deuterium labelled version of Guaifenesin, which is an expectorant used to relieve chest congestion. Also this is an impurity of Ranolazine, which is a calcium uptake inhibitor via the sodium/calcium channel, used to treat chronic angina.
