Applications : Methyl N-methylanthranilate (MMA), a derivative of N-methylaniline, it is permitted to be used in the foods as flavor in Japan and it is also contained.naturally in essential oils of citrus. N-Nitroso-N-methylphenylamine induces tumors in the oesophaguses, pharynxes and forestomachs of rats, in the lungs of mice.
