Applications : N-Hydroxy vortioxetine is an analog of Vortioxetine. A inhibitor of 5-HT_1A, 5-HT_1B, 5-HT_3A, 5-HT7 receptor and SERT, with Ki values of 15 nM, 33 nM, 3.7 nM, 19 nM and 1.6 nM, respectively.
