Applications : Vandetanib N-Oxide-d3 is the deuterium labelled analogue of second major metabolite of Vandetanib N-Oxide, formed during the metabolism of vandetanib via flavin-containing monooxygenase (FMO) polymorphisms FMO1 and FMO3. Exposure to vandetanib N-oxide was very low compared with that of vandetanib and increased exposure to vandetanib N-oxide led to severe hepatic impairment.
